A purely self-defense education experience that includes skill in interaction with de-escalation and some physical combative techniques. Borrowing heavily from the information I've learned from my teachers Richard Dimitri & Pamela Armitage, REAL self-defense doesn't require the intricacies that come from Martial Arts training. Self-defense is an includes understanding of trauma, and that most of your attackers are people you KNOW, not the scary stranger that the media likes us to think that attacker will be.
